This process has been promoted by ProWorkSpaces Association through a work comission where have participated more than 50 centers from several kinds. In order to provide value and independance, we have been assisted by TÜV RHEINLAND, a worldwide known and prestigious certification company.
Why this process?
We work in a sector with much intrusiveness. Not any offices space with available offices or a flat with rooms or a working area with a table can be considered as a WorkSpace. The evolution and maturity of a sector every day more professionalized has demanded the setting of a minimum standards and a classification so that the clients could be better guided when it comes to decision making.
Currently, Business Center concept is used constantly as a simple marketing claim for unadvisable spaces, denaturing the reality of a professional business sector, consolidated and growing. In other countries of our environment, Business Center concept (or Centres d’Affaires) is pretty much established, but the truth is that in our economy is a concept frequently discussed by other agents whome don’t include our interesting and efficient value proposal.
